The Role of Due Diligence in Valuation Deal Structure

A lot of RCFOs have real life experience in property and business acquisitions. We're not just sort of consortons that's telling people to do things you know we sort of know how it works so we say because of that we can come up with some clever solutions. At the end of the day we don't make the decisions because obviously the bar is very high for these kind of deals but at the same time I'm by no means an expert on what I think is helpful.
