The Importance of Elastic Movement in Team Sports
You don't need that heavy stuff for the elastic movement at all. I think there's certain elements of the game within team sports or with something like sprinting where you need to be able to produce a lot of force. Sometimes those challenges are going to be more muscally dominant and sometimes those challenges aregoing to be more elastic dominant. So it goes back to trying to understand the problem that they're facing now. And I think of some of these elastic athletes that we've worked with and they are super elastin, very, very effective within the team sport space. They also happen to be probably a little bit more vulnerable to injury because their outputs are so high.
