The Task Which Heades Your Task Is the Task
The task which hinders your task is the task. That's something that I've really been trying to focus on more over the last couple of years. A mentor of mine, one of my teachers growing up, told me she's just like, you have to give from the overflow. You can't give from the well if you will. And if you don't have enough water or energy or whatever analogy you want to use to sustain yourself and you just keep giving, you're going to deplete yourself. The way out is through. You have to eat the elephant.
