I noticed that when you're putting your body in different environments, you're keen to develop a different kind of awareness. Just all of that morning ritual of slowly kind of just awakening yourself with different environments. I do some type of low impact, moderate cardio, but nothing that gets my heart rate up too high. Maybe for a duration, it could be a yoga routine. And hopefully you're in a place where you can explore new environments each day and pick up some novelty that you can incorporate in your daily routine.
