If you're lifting 200 pounds, and you go, i think i can do two ten or two 15. You don't put two 10 on there and do another set and see if that's a good or bad decision? Ahya. Just now be honest with yourself in t of your set, which is sometimes hard to do. And also, if you have that r p e thing of like, o i feel really strong to day. I think i can add a little more weight. That is a really good way to do it.
