The Power of Mindfulness

The most simple answer would be we notice some, we notice the thoughts. The goal when I'm looking in the mirror and experiencing these self-critical thoughts would be simply to notice them as a part of my experience. So it's really a mindful awareness. And so that process can make a big difference. It takes some practice, but once people start to do that, it's, you know, it's really helpful.
