Imposter syndrome is a psychological phenomenon in which people are unable to internalize their accomplishments. The term was first used by two psychologists Susan Imms and Pauling Rose Clients in the 1970s. This episode we're going to talk about the origins of imposter syndrome and the psychology of imposter Syndrome in our 20s.
