How to Improve Your Triathlete Technique

The most common problems that you see for triathletes in their technique and mechanics is body position. So if you tend to swim with your head too high, we try to limit that by using the vertical force that you can get from your kick. There are some training aids that you can use that will help with that a little bit. The elbow above the line up on the catch is probably the second biggest one that we'll see.
