What I eat completely changes how I sleep, which is something that I only realized really in the last few years. If I eat a lot of carbohydrate at night, I'm not sleeping till four o'clock in the morning. Fermented foods are great because they're, you know, whether it's things like kimchi or sauerkraut or yogurt and things like thatbecause they generally lead to supporting the GABA system.
