The Importance of Empathy in Copyright

I'm not classically trained in psychology, nor am I in research. So it was absolutely recorded and just kind of cherry pick what we thought was going to work. If you're gonna be pulling out things from the actual consumer insights, it's best one to get them recorded. The most important things people say will come out in their tone of voice. Tone is extremely important. Because usually humans will run straight over things that aren't important but they'll spend a long time talking about things that are.
