Using Night Lights to Stimulate Melotonin Production
It's really important to avoid bright light, especially high up in your visual field. The peke sense ity of those intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells around 460 to 484 nanameters. Blue light seems to be the worst at stimulating those ganglion receptors. And remember, when they do, they are going to tell the super cismatic nucleus as we've shown here, to shut down melotonin production.
