Robotic learning is one of those technologies where it won't be the same if it's at a small scale. Once that bootstrap issue is overcome, i think the capabilities can be a lot broader. Just from a science stand o, there are domains where we can study that already. So certainly, if we're talking about mobile robots, there's plenty of driving data around and studying data trod methods.
