I think it's a driving question for me when i'm really trying to listen for that emotional piece. So the speaker is saying these words and i'm listening to those, and i'm tracking on those,. And i'm trying not to prejudge those, or allow those to come through my mental filter or confirmation bias. But what can i see that i can't hear? Is the speaker squirming in his chair when he said it? Is he wringing his hands? Is are his eyes lighting u and his voice starting to spark when he talks about that subject?
