The Importance of Grief in Ireland
When he died I had to grapple with not only that enormous loss but also this shattering of a worldview. We live in a grief-sobic society in most parts of the western world at least and that is incredibly harmful. If we don't support one another in that process and learn how to talk about loss we are really actively causing harm.
