The Social Dilemma

A lot of unhappiness that comes from social media also involves social comparison. I mean, how many of us know people like daisy? And i have a friend john, but weh there's two versions. You don't really understand the proper way to to use them. We can default into wrong ways to use them as adults too. How do we compartmentalize this so that the tool serves us instead of us being just a data point in the algorithm?
