The Importance of Cardio for Strength and Hypertrophy

Cardio is going to blunt all of your strength in muscle development. You're never going to make any progress It's a waste of your time and I think that narrative is slowly shifting but also So We are realizing the importance not only for cardiovascular training for health But it also might help us with some of those Gym goals that we have that are specific to strength and hypertrophy And so we don't want to do these together because if you do cardio it will stop that and you it will blunt all of our gains.
