The Importance of Pictures in Listings

The most important aspect of a listing that really grabs the attention or makes things happen? The main photo. Something about the photo just catches your attention, you stop and click on it. If somebody did come to you with a property that was just clearly problematic, and they were not realistic on the price, at that point, would you say no? I'm just trying to find where the limit is for you in terms of like, sorry, this is more chosen, it's worth.
