How to Address Conversation Modeling With Your Clients

I've noticed that there's a lot of modeling going on, conversation modeling. How do you address that with your clients? Because it seems to me like just having the insight that you're delivering through different medium is great. But if it doesn't, are they asking for, I'll bet you they're hearing you sometimes and saying, man, the way you just said that,. Like, are they interested in the modeling and howDo you address that?
