Do You Know How to Train a Complete Beginner?

A lot of the technical issues that a complete total, total beginner has is going to be fixed just by getting stronger. Technique's a huge thing, because a little bit off here and there is going to make a huge difference for abe ner. So if you can't squat the bar, you start with body weight squads,. You know, thiat. There shouldn't be that much confusion for somebody that is a total beginner. Just need to get in the wait room a couple of times a week, start master ing the barbell lifts. As you get stronger, your form will get better too.
