Sarah is using data to predict if people are becoming unwell at home, intervene early and keep them well there as opposed to going to hospital. So by just equipping a carer better and making sure that they're able to spot these patterns and then do something about itlike get antibiotics from a pharmacist, that is the difference between spending five pounds on antibiotics,. keeping that person healthy at home versus that person becoming unconscious, needing an ambulance, going to ANE, and probably having a one in five chance of dying
