i remember watching my grandmother pray m too, before she would a start her day as a teacher. And i thought to myself, yes, we are practising something minful that we probably know exactly. You know, it isn't necessarily about engaging in a brand new practice. It may be about just becoming more clear about what you have seen, observed, been exposed to. If engaged in an irregular basis, it actually can help calm you, centre you and support you in accessing your inheret power.
