The Ten Things That You're Gratitude for in the Last 24 Hours
Think back over the last 24 hours and see if you can bring to mind things that you're grateful for, no matter how small. And maybe count them on your fingers, if you like, seeing if you can get beyond four or five. These are the zero to plus five, as martin bachelor it say. So we could now just open the chat for a minute or two, and maybe you could put in one thing that came up,. some tiny thing that you noticed over the last year. Just one thing that you are grateful for in the last 24 days.
