How Do You Best Leverage Metrics and Data?
One of my favorite questions to ask especially the emerging HR leader business partner candidate is how do you best leverage metrics and data? Lots of candidates are uncomfortable. They're proctor their own ecosystems because oftentimes some of their current companies don't really expect them to speak in terms of leveraging great metrics and data. So it's something we really look for going back to the space. It sounds like somebody to be really successful, stand out, and answer that question in the world.
