Is There a Frustration Point in a Process?
In order to port on the funnel, give insights into actually what's going on, we need to understand their lead flow and their lead operations. We typically meet with the marketing up sales s a people will try to get insights from other team members of like, what's not working for you? Why can't you do x? What is the frestration point? It's normally pretty clear in the data when there's a friction point in a process. A, it's also pretty insightful when you're stepping back and looking at it from a neutral lens, or a lens that has no context of how its currently st been set up.
