Knowing is a big part of it. She said towards the end, feel what you feel but don't believe everything that you think. And for me, going through the willpower instinct, it really gave a lot of tools for someone that's easily distracted. It did surprise me how much overlap there is with some of the things that they've been telling me I need to do for that side of things as well.
