In the one case, we're seeing probably very large fast length increases due to the past tension in the squat. And in the case of the hip thrust, what we're seeing is much more kind of sort of a greater number of muscle fibers essentially experiencing increases in fiber cross sectional area. So despite the fact that they were, they were quote unquote equal, that's, they don't doesn't mean they're the same.
