The Importance of Timeline Therapy
A lot of the patterns that we pick up are unconscious ones. There's three major, major periods in your life as a human that you are imprinted on. So if you take those into your adult life and they're not serving you, you have no control over them. Timeline therapy is taking you back along that timeline. You don't even have to consciously remember what it is. Your unconscious just brings up forward with the questions that we ask.
