Sleep, diet, alcohol consumption, meditation, exercise and a process to keep all my projects in one place are the basics. From there, everything else for me comes from there. And when those things are challenged, everything else is just a lot more difficult. So it's kind of like this, it's this foundational layer upon which we build resilience and the opposite of overwhelm - calm control. That's the key message here.
