Is the Group Workout the Top of the Food Chain?
Garry: I've finished 20 21, completing two thousand road miles, a hundred mile century ride and a combined dead squat press bench of a thousand pounds. He says he's been working around this by supplemating the group workout at his home jim with work that closes the push, pull, hinge, squat, heavy carry gaps. Yai: If you just did do, i don't know how many days a week you're doing the workouts, but if if it's three to five, you can easily supplement a whatever you're not doing with them.
