Using Cognitive Restructuration to Rewrite a Negative Thought

You need to write your thoughts down and sort of separate yourself from them. And then finally, you just need to work on owning those thoughts that are much more evident spaced. You'll gain the ability to basically do that cognitive restruction in the moment while you're walking down the street. Then instead of that thought bothering you for five, ten minutes, one day, two days, all of a sudden you get to the point where you couldn't rewrite that thought so quickly.
