With zone two, you still have enough energy to sprint at your fastest. Extrapolate that out to pretty much any sport. The modalities you've been doing for this on two work don't necessarily match your sportone. But anybody else can like, haylook, anything thatll lets you get your heart rate up sustained. It's not swinging kettle bells or anything where it's relatively heavy. Each repetition is relatively easy. And i notice my technique is much better to maintain throughout a difficult set or circuit. I can maintain a better technique without fatiguing as much because i'm recovering more quickly.
