We kind of substitute that feeling out, am, for a less imminent, still very negative set of thoughts, right? She says instead of actually sitting there and feeling those things, maybe i start to worry about how, if i don't get this finished, I'm going to get fired. And so now i've been sitting at my desk, you know, thinking really upsetting thoughts and feeling those upsetting feelings. "That's very comfortableseres yesy, yes," she writes.
