Ben Johnson didn't want to train weights and what happened to him. He was so fast he was injured all the time but there was a lot of times he was out for ankle issues knee issues during his career. The gota guys are against weightlifting um for sport athletes because they're a big concept in their belief is like something like a squat would compress the ankle and it will compress the joints that may lead to knee injuries. Matt: If you think that looks heavy to ben jonson to do and it compresses everything them changing direction a hundred miles an hour is ten times worse than that on.
