I think I read the book in 30 minutes or 35 minutes. It's, it's super concise and simple to follow. And one of the things that I really liked was the follow up email that you sent. So you do use email, but you use it at the end of that meeting of just summarizing what's been said. Tell me a little bit about what that should look like after the conversations happen. Right so we talked earlier about the fact that you don't want to start out with an email you have the conversation you have the meeting talk through it get some sense of whether they understand it.
