It's like a localized little bit of a pressure-y sensation. Our brains appraisal of that sensation as it being dangerous is what makes it unpleasant. As you're paying attention to this sensation, I don't want you to watch it with a sense of intensity. You're just exploring it. And we know it isn't dangerous. There's nothing wrong with your muscles or your ligaments or your tendonsThat part of your body that you're feeling right now, it's just as healthy as all the other parts of your body. It's just that your brain is overreacting.
