Exercise is something we invented a hundred and 50 years ago, when all of a sudden people started sitting behind desks jobs become more sedentary. Exercise is honestly the best thing you can do to avoid chronic disease. The chronic diseases are really a function of how little we now move and how much we now eat. If you're a person who likes to exercise, like i am, to be honest, you are one of the weird ones. I'm right there with you, flying the freak flag.
