We use sine of the podin because that's a marker for an intracellular podocyte protein. And we could have done a hundred different other podocyte markers, but we decided to just keep it with that as we cannot have a funny panel figure. Nine biopsies had available serum and so they looked at those and all nine patients were serologically positive for circulating antinephrine antibodies by ELISA. In contrast, 12 controls with minimal changes is that lacked IgG on renal biopsy, there was no circulatingAntibis observed.
