Harvard Discrimination Against Asians in Higher Education

Harvard knew it was going to be a target potentially of lawsuits that are pretty careful about how they went about this. But ultimately what they did is there's one really subjective component of the Harvard process of deciding who to admit and that was to have an interview with members of the Harvard admissions staff. And somehow it turns out that black students were the most charming and outgoing and had the best leadership qualities in Asians universally had the lowest. So I think it's fairly clear that Harvard was trying to keep down its number of Asians.
