Monomeric IGA and the Pathogenesis of IGG

There's a lot of monomeric IGA in serum that can drive pathogenesis. Do we know how much of the monomeric actually gets out into the mucosa? Is it any? Because there is IGG leak as well, right? That is a fascinating question because it's one that we've been working on to try to understand if we're going to be giving people monomeric or dimeric IGA as a therapy.
