An Anxious Brain Is Associated With Low Delta and Theta Waves
i believe we live in a time to day where imagination, creativity, innovation and non linear lateral thinking distinct ways of looking at reality. One of the reasons why we enjoy communicating with somebody who is maybe more at the alpha state of mind, which is more calm and at peace, is they are experiencing a higher degree of lateral thinking. Anxiousness is associated with decreased alpha waves, increased beta waves, and can be affected by low delta and theta waves. Bata in high frequencies can cause agitation and anxiousness.
