With Woop, which is really interesting, they have like what's called sleep coach. And so basically you can set it for the exact time. So once you've hit your goal, then it will wake you up. The other thing I love about it is that I have both my chili pad getting them to like 113 degrees, which is going to wake me up. But also like I don't have any sound that wakes me up. It's just the vibration on the device.
