i think there's lots of people living on large firms that see the benefit of moving away from irely billyimeant. You've got to, if you're working om seven day a week, 16 hours a day, and the only way that you can contribute more and get paid more is if you work an additional hour a day,. And so once you break that barrier down and you start to centrize around building systems, oh, you know, every time we do a new project now, i'm ft sure with me and with others as well, the words out of my mouth are, can we build the system? We've got to build the systemike.
