Do You Have Goals for 2023?

This last year, I spent 95% of the year inside an ICU unit because I had a baby that was born premature and she was in the ICU as you know for an entire year. So it resulted in some things that I'd like to get outside more, for example, in 2023. This is separate from the business. The business we've got a whole separate sort of business structure for. But on the personal side of things, what I like to do is start with taking inventory of where do I think I did well and where do I Think I fell short in terms of showing up to my life in a good way?
