Dear Media's Mission Is to Bring Other People Up on Instagram

I think for my purpose, it's always been how can I allow someone to pick up little tiny tips on my site and use it as a resource and apply things to their own life. So everything I do, even from an Instagram story, has to have a reason. A lot of influencers go into this with just taking the selfie,. But there's no context of why they're posting it. That's what our mission was is to bring other people up. And obviously, Michael has done that with Dear Media. We've had the podcast where I think four years and he saw that there was space. Now him and his company have elevated 90 women podcasters.
