My dad is like a pro at it. He loves to rack up the steps. We're going to have my brother-in-law who's really in into strength training and has been for a while. My mom getting her to join along is a little bit of like, you know, I kind of have to get a little bit more excited about it. And so we're basically starting this month. You could do it that way too. A couple days a week, learn how to do it. There's a couple ways that they would approach it which is how most people would do it as well.
