As you go up more senieory in the organization, it starts to become about navigating the organization and politics. We've been working with a really great somebodhy teaches academics how to do polity o research. And i've just been saying that we can get the technology to understand and split aut theis stuff for i know y's just going to sow what? This is one of the fascinations on the cors side for me,. ecause i was very much a an person an the beginning was, wi was doing this marketing an stuff back in the day, and doing useability tests.
"The people" are often the most valuable asset for a company, so getting the ones who are a good fit, supporting them in their work and their careers, and figuring out what motivates (and demotivates) them is critical. And data—both quantitative and qualitative—can help with that.
