There is a very recent article in the Journal of Chemistry Education called Grading on a Curve as a systemic issue of equity in chemistry education. So check that out if you possibly can and it's also provides good arguments against grading on a curve. I'm going to recommend a book by Joe Feldman, "Grading for Equity," which has really influenced my thinking. And then furthest afield we have Calico, an adorable board game about building a quilt.
