"I work out first thing in the morning. My thought was, and my thought was, would rest pause be something that I could do for the volume days to kind of scale the time back so I'm not in a rush," he says. "So, basically, I'm carrying my sets to, like, one to two reps from failure, resting for, you know, 20 to 30 seconds or so, and then going back at it."
