Are We Going to Get Better at Solving Problems?
There are swings in the price of fossil fuel that will be an advance likethe shell gas revolution. I think we'll end up leaving almost all the oil in the ground because other technologies are becoming cheaper. Key question seems to be, do we get better at solving problems faster than proms to get hard? And i sems like a sensitive, potentially kind of chaotic, feedback style mechanism unless you have general reflections.
