Having a Not to Do List
We've got a limited amount of time, so if we try to do 20 things, we're not going to get im all done. Having that choice to be, i'm not doing those things, makes it much easier to be like, well, i can't do those other things. I have to focus on this. Such a great, such a great idea. Ind just having that r kind of list laid out aits one of the thingsthat i do with the people i work with is i have them create their own list of things that they can do to reliably elevate their mood and keep that in front of them.
